The majority of the work for this project was relegated to bring the existing building, particularly the Kitchen into current code compliance. CA and its team made an initial of the non-compliant existing conditions and developed a hierarchical approach for compliance. This allowed the building to address the most problematic areas without triggering a full access compliance for the facility. Our review also allowed various elements to remain and worked with the team to address the most cost effective strategies for compliance.
